E-Governance

National Informatics Centre, Idukki District Unit has been actively involved in the ICT based e-Governance solutions for the District Administration over the last 28 years. NIC Idukki has developed and implemented many significant and successful e-Gov applications. eDistrict for Certificate and eServices to citizens, TREND for Election Results Management, PRICE (Project Information and Cost Estimation), RELIS (Revenue Land Information System) for Record of Rights, OpenPEARL for web based property registration and eServices, SPARK for government HR management, CAPNIC, hsCAP for e-admissions, e-DBT, eOffice, and PALMS (Pattayam Assignment and Land Management System) are some of the major e-Gov solutions and applications implemented in this District. e-Stamp based Property Registration, Revenue Recovery portal, SPARK 2.0 are some of the emerging key e-Government ICT platforms being introduced. NIC Idukki also provides support for NKN services, Video Conferencing Services, Web and Email services and technical consultancy services to various Government Departments. We also conduct ICT skill development training programmes
